Snow management estimating can be challenging. Many variables, including weather severity and storm frequency, can have a major impact on the amount of time and materials it takes to accomplish the work on a site.
This course is a basic overview of the building blocks to creating an estimating process that truly understands client needs, site complexities, timing, and weather variability. It focuses on the strategy of building a better production estimating process, but does not focus on the final calculations of an actual bid or price, which is done differently by each company.
